Technical Site Visit & Survey

Our technical team conducts soil analysis and beacon re-establishment to ensure the structural design is safe for your specific land.

Material Quality Testing

We test aggregates from local quarries to ensure structural strength requirements and maintain MyPloti’s high durability standards.

Architectural Design & County Approvals

We handle the heavy lifting of government approvals, forwarding drawings to the County for permits and compliance review.

Detailed BOQ & Contract Signing

We provide a transparent Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and sign a formal construction contract to protect your investment.

Site Mobilization & Construction

Work begins with regular milestone updates and professional supervision until your dream home is delivered.
